We want you to love your new shades. If they aren’t exactly what you expected, we offer a straightforward return process to help you find the right pair.
🔄 The 7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Timeline: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may use the carrier of your choice; however, we recommend using a trackable service.
No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s) purchased.
No Final Sale: Good news—we do not have "Final Sale" items. Every pair of sunglasses we sell is eligible for return within the 7-day window.
✅ Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, your sunglasses must be in their original, retail condition:
Lenses & Frames: Must be completely free of scratches, smudges, or signs of wear.
Packaging: Must include the original hard case, microfiber cleaning cloth.
Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or a copy of your packing slip.
🛠️ How to Start Your Return
Email Us: Contact via email account@phreela.com with your order number to notify us of your return.
Pack Securely: Place the sunglasses back in their protective case and shipping box. (Sunglasses are fragile—please pack them carefully!)
Ship It Back: Mail your return to the address provided by our support team. Please keep your tracking number for your records.
💰 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund to your original payment method.
